    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Orange Creek Basin (OCB) TMDL Working Group was formed to provide a forum for stakeholders to discuss issues related to the OCB TMDLs, including development, allocation, and implementation of the TMDLs. The topics for this meeting are the relationship of the Basin Manangement Action Plan (BMAP) to Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permits and continued discussion of development of a BMAP, including strategies to address nutrient and coliform TMDLs.
