    The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety hereby gives notice:

    On September 18, 2015, the Division issued an order regarding the Petition for an Emergency Variance from St. Johns River Power Park #2 Boiler, license number 36687, filed March 2, 2015. The Notice of Petition for an Emergency Variance was advertised on March 4, 2015, in Vol. 41, No. 43, of the Florida Administrative Register. A Final Order granting the Petition for an Emergency Variance was issued on March 12, 2015, and advertised on March 13, 2015 in Vol. 41, No. 50, of the Florida Administrative Register. The Final Order on the Petition for Variance grants the Petitioner a variance from Rule 2.27.3.2.1 ASME A17.1b, 2009 edition, as adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C., from providing phase I emergency recall operation by fire alarm initiating devices (VW2015-054).

    The Division’s order, filed September 18, 2015, vacates the Final Order granting the Petition for an Emergency Variance due to the Petition for an Emergency Variance requesting the variance for the incorrect elevator.
