    Project Description: South Washington Avenue (US 1/State Road (SR) 5) - Maintenance and Safety Improvements, Brevard County, Florida.

    This project provides maintenance and safety improvements to S. Washington Ave. (US 1/SR 5). It extends from North of Golden Knights Blvd. to South of Cheney Highway (SR 50). In addition to resurfacing of the existing pavement, this project includes widening of turn lanes, removal of a portion of a ramp acceleration lane, replacement of a concrete turn lane, bicycle accommodations, and drainage improvements.
