PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12D-16.002, F.A.C. (Index to Forms), is to repeal an obsolete form that was used to apply for an exemption. The subject of this form is now a statutory exclusion, and no application is needed for a taxpayer to receive the benefit.
