The Board of Professional Engineers hereby gives notice:

Of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Waiver, filed on August 3, 2016, by Raghavender Joshi. The Notice of Petition for Waiver was published in Vol. 42, No. 152, of the August 5, 2016, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a waiver of paragraph 61G15-20.007(1)(b), F.A.C., and licensure as a professional engineer by endorsement. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on August 18, 2016, in Orlando, Florida. The Board’s Order, filed on September 13, 2016, denied the Petition for Waiver because the petitioner has failed to meet the purpose of the underlying statute by other means, and has failed to demonstrate application of the rule to Petitioner would create an undue hardship or violate principles of fairness.
