The Board of Massage Therapy hereby gives notice that the Petition for Declaratory Statement filed on November 1, 2007, by Bunnell, Woulfe, Kirschbaum, Keller, McIntyre, Gregoire & Klien, seeking the Board’s interpretation of Section 480.033(3), Florida Statutes, has been withdrawn.
