NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Amramp of North and Central Florida, on September 9, 2013.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 489, Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement on Section 489.103, Florida Statutes, confirming that their wheelchair ramp system is exempt from the requirements of Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
