6A-6.0573Industry Certification Process.
NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39 No. 163, August 21, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
Subparagraph (4)(b)1., subsection (6), paragraph (7)(c), 2013-14 Industry Certification list, and Form FCAPEA-02 are amended as follows:
(4)(b)1. Supporting documentation shall include a statement of justification and other resource material to document that the certification meets the requirements for inclusion on the list as specified in paragraph (3)(b) of this rule.
(6) The final “Industry Certification Funding List” for the school year shall be published no later than the July 15, preceding the beginning of the school year. The list shall include a weight for use in the additional full-time equivalent membership calculation pursuant to Section 1011.62(1), F.S., as defined in subsection (5) of this rule.
(7)(c) School districts may report students who complete industry certifications during the update period allowed by the Department of Education for survey 5 after an initial submission as specified in Rule 6A-1.0451, FAC.
