    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Orange Creek Basin Working Group will hold a meeting on October 1 in Gainesville at Gainesville Regional Utilities Main Office. This meeting is open to the public. The Orange Creek Basin Working Group was formed to provide a forum for stakeholders to discuss issues related to the basin’s Total Maximum Daily Loads, including development, allocation, and implementation of projects. This is year five of the Orange Creek Basin Management Action Plan. Presentations will be given at this meeting that cover the status of water quality in the Orange Creek Basin and the next five year management plan strategy. The Orange Creek Basin Management Action Plan was adopted in 2008 to address bacterial problems in streams and nutrient water quality problems in lakes in the Orange Creek Basin.
