    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 16, 2016, the Department of Health, received a petition for Temporary Variance from, from Spivey Farms, Inc., David Spivey, President, 6203 County Road 39 South, Plant City, FL 33564, from subsection 64E-14.007(5), Florida Administrative Code. This section requires that rooms used for sleeping purposes and common areas in private living quarters shall have at least one window opening directly to the outside. The minimum total window area of a migrant labor camp or residential migrant housing shall equal ten percent of the floor area of each room. In addition, at least one-half of each window shall be constructed so that it can be easily opened for ventilating the room except where department approved mechanical ventilation is provided.
