NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 11, 2024, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subparagraph 65D-30.0142(1)(e)5., Florida Administrative Code, from Central Florida Treatment Centers, Division of CFSATC, Inc. Subparagraph 65D-30.0142(1)(e)5. requires, in pertinent part, the initial assessment for methadone medication-assisted treatment to be conducted in person.
