NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 36 No. 29, July 23, 2010 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The correction is as follows:

The effective date of the rule was incorrectly stated as October 1, 2010. The language should read: THIS RULE SHALL TAKE EFFECT NOVEMBER 1, 2010.
