NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT September 14, 2010, the Board of Pharmacy has received the petition for declaratory statement from Michael J. Simpko, Esquire, on behalf of Walgreen Company. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 499.003(54)(a)4.(d), F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.
