NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-14-134 on September 19, 2014, in response to an application submitted by Keewin Winter Park Center Owners Association, Inc. for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department determined that the application did not meet the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization because the application was not supported by valid votes from a majority of the affected property owners. Accordingly, the Department's Final Order denied the application for covenant revitalization.
