    Project Description: Congress Avenue Lighting Improvements Project from south of State Road 710 to Blue Heron Boulevard, in the City of Riviera Beach, in Palm Beach County, FL.

    This 1.2-mile lighting project will begin Friday, October 4, 2019. The estimated construction cost is $3.4M. Work includes decorative lighting installation, partial bridge deck and railing replacement, and pavement marking and fencing installation.

    This meeting will have an informal open house format; no formal presentation will be made. Project representatives will be available to answer questions and provide assistance at any time during the meeting.
