PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update the rule to include a prohibition on sexual activity for employees of an establishment and to ensure the prohibition is consistent with legislative changes related to HB 197.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed change will update the prohibition related to sexual activity in a massage establishment to be consistent with legislative changes related to HB 197.
