    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: All Nonmetallic Mineral Processing Plants (NMMP) and affected Asphalt Plants operating in Citrus, Desoto, Hardee, Hernando, Manatee, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk counties are invited to a workshop hosted by the SWD Air Resource Management staff. The goal of the workshop is to assist affected facilities in understanding permit requirements to ensure compliance and minimize any impact of the environment. Information will be provided on the NMMP General Permit, the requirements of Asphalt Plants that permit NMMP’s at their facilities, the revised New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) Subpart OOO, and, the potential solid waste permit requirements for these facilities.
