Final Order No.: DEO-15-147
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-15-147 on September 21, 2015, in response to an application submitted by The Villas West Homeowners Association, Inc. for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
DEO determined that the application did not meet the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization because the application contained a proposed revived declaration which was more restrictive, in violation of Section 720.404(3), Florida Statutes. Accordingly, DEO’s Final Order denied the application for covenant revitalization.
