    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 14, 2015, the Department of Health, received a petition for Permanent Variance from paragraph 64E-15.002(2)(b), F.A.C., from Richard Naugle for Lauderdale Lake Deer MHP, LLC, 3301 Avenue G NW, Winter Haven, FL 33880. Paragraph 64E-15.002(2)(b), F.A.C., requires that spaces to be utilized for a double-wide mobile home shall contain no less than 3500 square feet with a minimum 50 foot width.
