PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose is to amend Rule 40D-8.624 F.A.C., to adopt revised minimum and guidance levels for Lakes Starr and Wales located in Polk County. The effect of the rule is to support the District’s water supply planning, water use permitting, and environmental resource permitting programs.
