    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel has received the petition for declaratory statement from Jonathan B. Hoyne, filed on September 22, 2015. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 483.809, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner is seeking the Board’s interpretation of Section 483.809, F.S., regarding whether the people running certain laboratory tests on a variety of analytes using chromatography mass spectrometry instruments, must be licensed and if so what licenses are required. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
