    Reimbursement to participating county health departments for services provided shall be in accordance with the Florida Title XIX County Health Department Reimbursement Plan (the Plan), Version XV XIV, effective date July 1, 2017 2016, available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-______07930, incorporated by reference. The Plan is applicable to the fee-for-service delivery system.
