NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Office of Financial Regulation has received the petition for declaratory statement from SandP Solutions, Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 560, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

On September 22, 2017, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (Consumer Finance) received a Petition for declaratory statement from SandP Solutions, Inc. The petition seeks a declaratory statement from the Office on whether Petitioner's proposed business model (of buying and selling virtual or cryptocurrency in the State of Florida through use of kiosk-type machines placed in commercial locations, and, to sell (only) virtual currency through the use of their website) would require licensure under Chapter 560, Florida Statutes.
