    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The closed door attorney-client session will be held pursuant to subsection 286.011(8), F.S., to discuss settlement negotiations and/or strategy related to litigation expenditures in Polk Regional Water Cooperative v. Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority and Southwest Florida Water Management District (Case No. 18-3276); Polk County, Florida v. Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority and Southwest Florida Water Management District (Case No. 18-3278); City of Lakeland, Florida v. Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority and Southwest Florida Water Management District (Case No. 18-3283); City of Fort Meade, Florida v. Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority and Southwest Florida Water Management District (Case No. 18-3282); City of Wauchula, Florida v. Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority and Southwest Florida Water Management District (Case No. 18-3288); City of Bartow, Florida v. Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority and Southwest Florida Water Management District (Case No. 18-3280); and Winter Haven, Florida v. Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority and Southwest Florida Water Management District (Case No. 18-3289), all such cases related to the Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority’s Water Use Permit 20010420.010 and before the Southwest Florida Water Management District. The subject matter shall be confined to the pending litigation. The following Board of Directors will be present: Commissioner Maio, Commissioner Langford, Commissioner Doherty, and Commissioner Trace. Executive Director Patrick Lehman, outside legal counsel Douglas Manson, and a court reporter will also be in attendance. Pursuant to Florida Law, the entire attorney-client session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter. No portion of the session shall be off the record. A copy of the transcript will be made part of the public record at the conclusion of the litigation.
