NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 21, 2018, the Board of Professional Engineers, received a petition for variance and waiver filed by Alfonso Blanco, Ph.D., P.E. DWRE regarding the requirements of subsection 61G15-20.0015(2), F.A.C., which implements the requirements of paragraph 471.015(5)(b), F.S. that an applicant for licensure by endorsement is deemed to have passed the FE and PE examinations if such applicant possesses 25 years of licensure as a PE and 30 years of continuous engineering experience.
