The Florida Department of Commerce hereby gives notice:

that the Florida Department of Commerce (“Department”) received a request for withdrawal of a petition for waiver of Subsection 73C-23.0041(2), Florida Administrative Code (“F.A.C.”), from the Town of Pomona Park, Florida (“Town”). Subsection 73C-23.0041(2), F.A.C, limits the amount of funds that an applicant may request for subgrants under the Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program. The Department received the Town’s petition for rule waiver on April 28, 2023, and the Town filed its request for withdrawal of the petition with the Department’s Agency Clerk on July 21, 2023. Thereafter, the Department issued an Order Closing File.
