The POLK COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD, INC. (Board) d.b.a Polk Works is requesting proposals to provide program and fiscal monitoring and oversight reporting for the period beginning December 1, 2008 through November 20, 2009. The agreement may be negotiated for two additional one-year periods subject to Board approval based on successful performance review and financial negotiations.
