NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 20, 2016, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation received a petition for H.L Culbreath Bayside Power Station at 3602 Port Sutton Road, Tampa, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 4.1, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires horizontally swinging single-section doors which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
