    FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION

    The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

    On September 22, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting a waiver of subsections 9I-10.020(12) and (27), F.A.C. (1994), from Cabana Club Preservation, L.P., allowing for modification of a Land Use Restriction Agreement to provide that Elderly Development be subsituted in place of Frail Elderly, and an additional waiver of the special needs set aside requirement. Florida Housing determined that the petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on August 7, 2017, and notice of receipt of the petition was published on August 9, 2017, in Volume 43, Number 154, F.A.R.
