The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On September 22, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of subsection 67-48.002(95), F.A.C., from SP Gardens, LLC, allowing a waiver of the timing requirements found in the 2016 QAP to immediately return its allocation for 2016 in exchange for 2017 Housing Credits and extend corresponding deadlines. Florida Housing determined that the petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on August 17, 2017, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on August 18, 2017 in Vol. 43, No. 161, F.A.R.
