NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Agency for Health Care Administration has received the petition for declaratory statement from NurseCore LLC. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 400, Part III, Florida Statutes and Chapter 59A-8, Florida Administrative Code as it applies to the petitioner.
