    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by David R. Abercrombie, on May 2, 2017. The following is a summary of the agencys disposition of the petition:

    The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published June 15, 2017 in Vol. 43, No. 116 of the Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner ask the Board for Clarification of s. 489.105(3)(p), Fla. Stat., specifically whether the pollutant storage systems contractor’s license applies to repairing above ground storage tanks. It is the Board’s opinion that s. 489.105(3)(p), Fla. Stat. is not ambiguous, and declines to clarify the statute. The Board’s Order, filed on September 22, 2017, declines to issue a declaratory statement in this matter.
