DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

The Florida Department of Transportation, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: October 17, 2017, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., informal open house; 6:30 p.m., formal presentation, followed by a comment period

PLACE: Coconut Creek Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road, Coconut Creek, FL 33063

If the Public Hearing cannot be held on October 17, 2017 due to severe weather or other unforeseen conditions, it will be held on the alternate date of October 25, 2017 at the same time and place.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Public Hearing is being held to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the design of the proposed widening of the Florida’s Turnpike (SR 91) from Atlantic Boulevard (Milepost 66) to Wiles Road (Milepost 70), including interchange improvements.
