MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for all interested bidders at 10:00 a.m. at the Fort Clinch State Park Administrative Office on Tuesday, October 16, 2007. All prospective contractors submitting a response as a result of this Invitation to Bid MUST be represented in order for their response to be considered. A joint venture must be represented by at least one firm participating in the joint venture. Failure by a prospective contractor to be represented at the mandatory meeting will result in the elimination of the prospective contractors bid from further consideration.
