Contract award will be made subject to the availability of funds. PROPOSAL: Bids must be submitted in full and in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and Project Manual, information may be obtained at the office of the Architect/Engineer at KZF Architects,
PURCHASE: Full sets of bidding documents may be at the local plan rooms. Full sets may be purchased through NGIs Orlando Office at (407)898-3881 or Metro West Office at (407)290-6381, at standard printing and handling cost. If you have already purchased a full set and addendum one and two you do not need to purchase another set but you must download the revised project manual/front end. PUBLIC ENTITY CRIMES: As required by Section 287.133, Florida Statutes, a contractor may not submit a bid for this project if it is on the convicted vendor list for a public entity crime committed within the past 36 months. The successful contractor must warrant that it will neither utilize the services of, nor contract with, any supplier, subcontractor, or consultant in excess of $15,000.00 in connection with this project for a period of 36 months from the date of their being placed on the convicted vendor list.
