GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Action will be taken on approval of a contractor for the FY 07-08 Technical Support Contract.

Please note that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Tampa Bay Estuary Program Management Board regarding any matter considered at the above-cited meeting, he will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
