NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 13, 2012, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Sugarcane Growers Cooperative of Florida. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of an unspecified Section of A17.3, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires upgrading the elevators operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
