The Board of Psychology hereby gives notice that on December 2, 2010, an Order was filed on the Petition for Waiver or Variance. The Petition for Waiver or Variance was filed by Rob J. Rotunda, Ph.D., on September 13, 2010, seeking a waiver or variance from Rule 64B19-12.0085, F.A.C., with regard to the amount of the delinquency fee for late renewal of an active license. The Notice was published in Volume 36, No. 38, of the Florida Administrative Weekly, on September 24, 2010. The Board, at its meeting held on October 22, 2010, voted to grant the Petition for Waiver or Variance finding that the Petitioner demonstrated a substantial hardship; that application of the rule would violate the principles of fairness; and that he has met the purpose of the underlying statute.
