The Board of Psychology hereby gives notice that on February 16, 2012, an Order was filed on the Petition for Waiver or Variance. The Petition for Waiver or Variance was filed by Donna K. Hippman-West, Psy.D., on October 17, 2011, seeking a waiver or variance from Rule 64B19-11.0075, F.A.C., with regard to an extension of time in which to complete the EPPP licensing examination. The Notice was published in Vol. 37, No. 45, of the Florida Administrative Weekly, on November 10, 2011. The Board, at its meeting held on January 20, 2012, denied the Petition for Waiver or Variance finding that the Petitioner failed to demonstrate a substantial hardship; that application of the rule would violate the principles of fairness; and that she has met the purpose of the underlying statute.
