Board of PsychologyNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on March 14, 2011, the Board of Psychology issued a Final Order on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Dean R. Cauley, Ph.D. The Notice of the Petition was published in Vol. 36, No. 38, of the September 24, 2010, issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly. The Board reviewed the Petition at its meeting held on January 21, 2011. The Board’s Final Order declines to issue a Declaratory Statement of Sections 490.012(1)(c) and 490.014(1)(b), Florida Statutes, because the statutes are clear as written.
