Construction Industry Licensing BoardNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Edward Jarriel, Jr., filed on September 10, 2012. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.105(3)(n), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
The Petitioner seeks the Board to interpret Section 489.105(3)(n), Florida Statutes, and whether the installation of backflow prevention devices on the consumer side of a main water distribution system for a single family dwelling is permitted under the license of an underground utility contractor.
