NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Department of Business and Professional Regulation has received the petition for declaratory statement from Michael Fernando Sierra Miranda through his authorized Representative, Cody Pellicer, Esq. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of part VII, Chapter 468, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner asks for the Department’s interpretation as to whether part VII of Chapter 468, F.S., violates or voids the contract between petitioner and Pacheco Entertainment Production Enterprises, Inc.
