State Plan Amendment

The Agency for Health Care Administration is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan for home health visit services. This amendment includes technical and editorial changes, deletes obsolete language, and updates the fee schedule. This amendment will not have a federal fiscal impact or change services to eligible Medicaid recipients.
