NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 27, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of subsection 67-48.002(95) and Section II.K of the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan ("QAP") from Warley Park, Ltd. for a permanent waiver the 2016 QAP's timing requirements and allow the requested credit exchange to be approved before the last calendar quarter of 2019.
