NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 18, 2006, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Variance of paragraph 67ER05-17, Florida Administrative Code (2005) from Johnson Lakes Escambia Limited Partnership (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a variance which requires an interest rate of three percent (3%) simple interest per annum on the pro-rata portion of the RRLP base loan attributable to non-Extremely Low Income (“ELI”) units.
