NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 11, 2006, the Construction Industry Licensing Board has issued an order.
The Board reviewed the petition at its meeting held August 11, 2006, in Tampa, Florida. The Board’s Final Order, filed in this cause on September 11, 2006, finds that the Petitioner’s waiver is granted. The Petitioner is allowed two years in which to pass all parts of the test as specified in Rule 61G4-16.009.
