Vol. 32, No. 23 by Patricia Serley of Otis Elevator regarding Sterling Breeze Condominium in Panama City Beach (VW 2006-142). The petition sought waivers from Rules 2.1.1.1.2, 2.1.1.3, 2.7.6, 2.20.1, and 2.20.9 of ASME A17.1, 2000 Edition, as adopted by Chapter 3001.2, 2004 Florida Building Code. The petitioner requested to not have a machine room and to use coated steel belts in lieu of steel cables suspending the car.
