Docket No. 060254-SU – Application for increase in wastewater rates in Pinellas County by Mid-County Services, Inc.
DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, October 18, 2006, 6:00 p.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service the utility provides, the proposed water rate increase, and to ask questions and comment on other issues. Commission staff will be available to address and coordinate customers’ comments and to assist members of the public. A representative from the utility may also be in attendance. At the beginning of the meeting, procedures will be established for the order of comments. The Public Service Commission staff will have sign-up sheets, and customers will be called in the order that they sign up to speak. One or more Commissioners of the Florida Public Service Commission may attend and participate in the meeting.
Any person requiring some accommodation at this customer meeting because of a physical impairment should call the Division of the Commission Clerk and Administrative Services at (850)413-6770 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
