PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to update and revise language within DBPR PG4701 which amends reference of “Licensure by Endorsement (10 years of experience)” to “Licensure by Endorsement (10 years of licensure)”, and DBPR PG4702 changing the title of the application from “Registration of Qualifying Geologist/Geologist of Record” to “Registration of Geology Business”.
