NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 29, 2013, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Fairfield Manor, LTD., requesting a change in Development Type in order to construct a 4-story building, that will include two (2) elevators, rather than a 3-story building. The Petitioner is seeking a waiver from the “Development Type” designation identified by Petitioner in its original housing credit application.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
